Hire Her: Black Women in Foodservice Networking Mixer

Tuesday, November 4
5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Location to be revealed

At The Re-Seasoning Coalition, we believe that changing the recipe for equity in foodservice starts with who’s at the table.

Our first event, Hire Her: Black Women in Foodservice Networking Mixer, is a space where Black women, Black leaders, and foodservice employers of all backgrounds will come together to share insights, opportunities, and authentic experiences.

This isn’t about charity or optics. The data tells us that Black women aspire to climb the ladder in foodservice, but leave after 6 years due to isolation and/or discrimination.

We're working to change the industry from the inside out through events that platform great brands dedicated to fostering real inclusion and showcase Black women as leaders, innovators, and catalysts in an industry that thrives on diversity.

Why Should You Attend?

👣 If you’re a Black woman working in or aspiring to work in foodservice:

Come to be seen, to be celebrated, and to connect with employers who understand that your perspective is power.
You’ll walk away with new insights, new contacts, and new possibilities, whether you’re job hunting, exploring your options, or sharing your expertise.

🔎 If you’re a foodservice employer:

Join your peers to listen, learn, and lead differently.
You’ll meet incredible talent, hear from experts, and gain new tools for building teams that reflect the true richness of our industry.

Want to showcase your brand and recruit at the event? Click here to book a table by 10/21.
